For Mainland UK addresses we use a couriered delivery service. For any UK islands (IOW, Isle of Mann, Scottish Islands, etc.), Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland we use a Royal Mail Special Delivery service. For this delivery service we allow up to 5 working days. Some of our products are delivered electronically, (such as the Kerio suite) and a Serial number will be emailed to you during working hours.

To ensure the best availability we utilise a range of methods to ship orders. We are able to ship from our own stock as well as direct from UK distribution. In some instances we will need to consolidate orders in one location, because of this orders may not be dispatched on the same day the order is placed.

Occasionally there can be problems delivering an order. Do not worry we will work to reoslve it as quickly as we can. You can either call us with your order reference number (this will be on your email order confirmation) on 01223 833412 or email us and we will email you when we have tracked your order.
